The warm welcome
of Son Siurana
In the middle of the northern mountains Mallorca hides a true Balearic jewel with the country hotel Son Siurana. In the 18th century, the estate was devoted to sheep breeding, the cultivation of grain and the harvest of almonds and carob. The main house, built according to typical Mallorcan architecture, was lovingly renovated in 1998 and transformed into a cozy, modern country hotel without losing its rural character. Since then, guests from all over the world can feel comfortable in the ecologically operated finca. You will be accomodated in pleasing junior suites and two ladies will share a double bed.
Not only the breakfast is a pleasure for all senses: consisting of local specialties and homemade jam. It is served in the hotel courtyard, next to the ecologically operated vegetable garden. The aim of the hosts is to serve dishes "from farm to table".

The sensual Flow
A mindful journey

Depending on your needs, we, therefore, take a closer look at individual yoga postures so that your practice is (again) safe and tailored to your individual body. With this foundation, we practice calmly and gently flowing Vinyasa Yoga in the morning to mobilize and strengthen our entire body. Meditation in motion.
Yin Yoga, which we will practice in the afternoon/evening, is about relaxing the muscles. In this way, we especially support the stretching of our fascial tissue. On a mental level, we train self-awareness for body and mind in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. We are happy to accompany you through your practice with one or the other Zen story.

Jasmin and Nina are the founders of
Atelier Nú, a place that gives healing arts space and connects people through culture, creativity, spirituality, and mutual laughter.
They embrace the magic of arts and would like to pass on their love for yoga and their idea of how to ground yourself again.
Katrin's lessons focus on joy and ease. With Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, she unites various forms in this retreat to experience and strengthens the mind and body individually. Be at peace with yourself. Body and mind in harmony. More clarity and lightness - all clichés or in the end the truth? But before we get to the end, we have to be on our way first.
